Sign Up for the 2011 Grand Columbian Triathlon Camp!

The Grand Columbian triathlon day-camp, taught by course champion Ben Greenfield, is your perfect opportunity to learn everything you need to know about the course and be 100% confident on race day. This camp will be full of practical strategies, tips and tricks, and is perfect for the Half-Ironman to full Iron distance triathlete.

Olympic distance athletes are welcome to attend the entire clinic, but will have an option to “cut the bike short” if desired.

When: August 20, Saturday, 2011

Where: Grand Coulee, WA

Itinerary:
8-9am – Welcome & race strategy overview (OK to eat breakfast during talk)
9am – Open water swim clinic

11am – Sag Wagon supported Half Ironman bike course ride (56 miles) with strategy tips
3:30pm – Guided preview of run course (one 6 mile loop)
5pm – Dinner at Pepper Jack’s Steakhouse

Total Cost: $99

Included: Seminars, sag wagon, training fuel, supplements and goodie bags.

Campers responsibility: Dinner at Pepper Jack’s.
