Seattle Multisport
Seattle Multisport is a not for profit 100% volunteer run training center for Triathletes and Cyclists. They have been running programs since 1997 when they originally also founded the Seattle Triathlon Club. When the Seattle Triathlon Club (SEATRI) closed it's doors, Seattle Multisport was started up. Their current location is upper Fremont on 44th St., and Seattle Multisport is open to all, such as supporting teams like the Team in Training program, JDRF, MS, as well as cycling teams like Cucina Fresca, Blue Rooster, and Footprint. Pauole Sport

B.A.S.E. Training
B.A.S.E. Training was founded in March 2010 by coach Ryan Chapman. Ryan is a certified USAT Level I triathlon coach, a certified Total Immersion swim coach, a certified Heart Zones Personal Trainer, and an Independent Beachbody Coach. Ryan has over 6 years of experience in triathlons as well as extensive experience in general fitness and weight loss. Ryan uses a combination of proven triathlon training methods, Total Immersion Swimming technique, sound nutritional advice, and Beachbody Brand training programs (Power 90, P90X, Insanity, etc.) to increase performance and maximize results for triathletes at any level or distance. Raise The Bar
Raise the Bar is a multi-sport club that includes members that participate in triathlon, duathlon, or other multisport event. Raise the Bar also has a good collection of pure runners on the team, that compete in Marathons, Ultras, 5K’s, etc. Members range from beginners to those that have been racing for more than 20 years. Raise the Bar includes those that cross the finish line first, last, and EVERYWHERE in between. RTB membership benefits are offered to each member equally. San Francisco Front Runners (SFFR) is the founding chapter of the Front Runners International organization. We cater to the LGBT community but all are welcome to join.
