Free Bike/Run (Brick) Transition Clinic
Need to get back on your bike after the winter? Have questions about triathlon transitions?
Bring your bike, practice some brick training (bike to run transition) and get all your triathlon questions answered by professional coaches!
We will hook your bike to stationary trainers, give a 20 minute training session/triathlon FAQ and then practice transitioning from biking to running around Greenlake.

Swim Clinic
Open to anyone interested in learning how to be a stronger swimmer! This clinic focuses on helping individuals improve their stroke, endurance and efficiency in the water. We offer hands-on coaching to improve your speed, knowledge and comfort in the pool and in open water.
*Bonus* Learn triathlon specific tips to help maximize your stroke form and torpedo your way to a PR finish with energy left for the bike and run!
